Is that a screenshot or something of that Go+ wrist band that you get? Or has it turned into an online server based game?

No offense, but have you even played the game yet?
Well, there is an exception if you live in Europe or Canada, both being places where Niantic isn't ready to release it.

Nope. Tried downloading it, but file's not opening. I've heard the server undergoes a lot of downtime, though. And it hasn't really released where I live, but I see people playing it so...

I'm in the UK and already playing it, as I downloaded the mirror since I'm on android. There are a bunch of pokestops and a few gyms in my town, and I catch Pokemon otw to and from my new workplace an hour away and at work, too. Level nine, Team Mystic, started with Bulbasaur and hatched a Squirtle! I'm doing very well, although until I paid for some coins I was constantly running out of Poke Balls. Between my aim being shit and a seeming-glitch where the poke ball will just veer off screen however you throw it... ffffffff.
