[Information] Trainer Classifications
There are quite a few different types of Trainers in this world, and each have their own goals, aspirations, and benefits. It is possible for a character to want to delve into several potential fields, however they are usually classified by at least the one that defines them the most. Currently, these are the Trainer Classifications you may choose from:
Trainer
Trainers are the most common classification. They want to be the very best, like no one ever was! Their main goal is to catch and train Pokémon and collect Gym Badges. Then, their final challenge is defeating the Elite Four and becoming the Champion of a region! Of course, some Trainers are just content with becoming more powerful and battling without worrying about the League.
Tamer
Tamers are very similar to Trainers, but they prefer to focus on only one or a few types of Pokémon. They want to catch and train powerful Pokémon of their preferred type(s) and usually look up to Gym Leaders and Elite Four members. They may also seek to collect badges and defeat the Elite Four to prove their team's power.
Coordinator
Coordinators believe in displaying the beauty and grace of Pokémon. Instead of Gym Battles, they participate in Contests to compete to become the Top Coordinator and earn Ribbons. They focus on not only strength, but visual appeal and making every battle and performance the best show it can be.
Breeder
Breeders wish to care for Pokémon and raise them together, eventually breeding and selling their eggs. While not focused on battling, they still like to train and raise Pokémon to be powerful so their offspring are the same. They are the best at grooming and knowing what foods and berries to give to their team to make them happiest.
Adventurer
Adventurers are those that have other goals. This includes people that want to research Pokémon, photographers, artists, and other such careers. They still travel with Pokémon and have their own specific goals.
