[Information] Thread Tags and Their Meaning

Thread Tags

Tagging your roleplay threads helps not only keep members informed about what contents a roleplay thread may contain or where it's heading, it also helps a Moderator know just what you want in that specific thread and better suit your roleplaying needs. Thread tags are a great resource for us all, and the current tags are:

[Group] - This indicates that you'd rather roleplay with other member's characters rather than a 1 on 1 with a Mod. This doesn't mean that a Mod won't still participate with wild encounters and such, but this isn't the main focus of the thread, rather character interaction will be.
[Closed] - Means that it is a group topic that is either full or requires permission of the thread creator to join. Please don't post in a topic labeled [Closed] without the consent of the topic's creator, as your posts may be ignored if you do.
[Private] - This means that the thread is a solo thread that isn't looking for other characters to join in. Please respect this tag by not joining a thread that is labeled with the [Private] tag.
[Training] - Indicates that the thread will contain mostly training posts or wants more wild Pokemon or NPC battle encounters for the sake of training a character's team. Story will be less prevalent in these threads.
[Encounters] - This shows that the thread creator wants a majority of wild Pokemon or trainer encounters. Story will be less prevalent in these threads.
[Plot] - This helps clue in the Mod that the member would like some spice to their roleplay. These plots can be long and arching or bound to a single thread. In a sense, each character has their own plot anyway, but this helps indicate that you want that plot and development onto the surface!

Now, keep in mind that topic tags may be combined, such as [Closed, Encounters] or [Private, Plot], etc. These tags are NOT required, but useful to let a Mod know just what you want in your thread. If people are joining your thread when you don't want them to, tagging helps. If you'd rather just have encounters for now instead of a more driven plot, tag it. They're for you to tell us what you want most in that thread!
